As part of the Earth Day 2026 celebration, the DCC-AISA conducted a ๐ช๐๐๐๐-๐ผ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐จ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, turning commitment into concrete action.
Participants actively engaged in cleaning the campus, particularly in the landscaping areas and outside the campus fence. Plastic wastes were collected, sorted, and repurposed by placing them into 1.5-liter bottles for recycling. โป๏ธ
The activity also included weeding, watering of ornamental plants, and planting of additional greenery such as roses, contributing to the restoration and enhancement of the areaโs natural beauty. ๐น๐ฟ Environmental posters were likewise installed to promote awareness and responsibility within the campus.
After the activity, a Zumba session was conducted to energize the participants and promote wellness. ๐
The event concluded with a Closing Program, where Mr. Noel B. Pardeรฑo, SAS Coordinator, acknowledged the organizationโs efforts in environmental action and emphasized the importance of responding to the call for environmental protection. The BSA Program Head also delivered the closing remarks, reminding participants to apply their learnings in caring for and protecting Mother Earth. ๐๐
Through unity and collective effort, DCC-AISA continues to take meaningful steps toward a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable campus.
