𝗠𝗲: Around 2-3 months. You can hire a Professional Land Transfer Service around Php40,000 to Php50,000 for a normal transfer.
𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 1.5% sa turo, Php50k sa rent ng stuff and account, then another Php50k pa sa transfer. Konti nalang din naman ang idadagdag ikaw na pala magbenta. 📷
