We are thrilled to announce that Philbart Realty, represented by our head broker and owner, Cherrey Mae Bartolata, has recently been granted a ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as a designated non-financial business and profession (DNFBP) under Republic Act No. 9160 or the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA).
This is more than just a certificate for us; it is a testament to our steadfast commitment to legal and operational compliance. As the real estate landscape continues to evolve, it becomes even more essential for businesses to adhere to the highest standards of conduct and practice.
We, however, want to clarify that there are additional requirements still in progress. The anticipation for our final Certificate of Registration underscores our unwavering dedication to full compliance and aligning with AMLC standards.
