Kalea Heights is DMCI Homes' inaugural residential condominium project in Cebu City, situated along Good Shepherd Road in Barangay Guadalupe. This 4.6-hectare development is notable for its expansive design, featuring 3.6 hectares of open spaceβthe largest among condominium complexes in Cebu and within DMCI Homes' portfolio to date.
