5 years from now, that house you bought will cost 2Million Pesos.

10 years from now, it will now cost 4Million Pesos.

Properties tend to appreciate in value over time, as a matter of fact, the price of a house will DOUBLE every five years...

The good thing is after 10 years, you can sell that house for 4million but you only bought it for 1million.
