👉𝐍𝐨. Because when an interested buyer made a reservation to hold the property but eventually wants to cancel, the developer missed selling the property to other interested buyers, thus the developer lost an opportunity.

Steps in applying pag-ibig housing loan

STEP 1. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN

These are the requirements that you need to accomplish and complete to apply for a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan:

☑ Housing Loan Application
☑ Updated Tax Declaration and Tax Receipt
☑ Vicinity Map of Property
☑ Valid IDs
☑ Additional Requirement by Loan Purpose
☑ Certified True Copy of Title
☑ Proof of Income

STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN APPLICATION

You may then submit your application form and its complete set of requirements at any Pag-IBIG Housing Business Center or Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you.

STEP 3. RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE OF APPROVAL (NOA) and LETTER OF GUARANTY (LOG)

You will receive your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG) should we find your application complete and in order. You will be advised where to conveniently claim your NOA and LOG.

STEP 4. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN YOUR NOTICE APPROVAL

Complete the requirements stated in your Notice of Approval (NOA) within ninety (90) calendar days. This include among others, the transfer of title and annotation of mortgage.

STEP 5. RECEIVE YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN PROCEEDS!

Upon submission of your post-approval requirements, you will receive the proceeds of your loan within ten (10) working days. We will notify you on how your loan proceeds shall be released safely and conveniently

STEP 6. START PAYING YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN

Start paying your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, exactly one (1) month after its release date. Remember to use your permanent Housing Loan Account No. 12Digit-HLAN when paying. For your convenience, you may pay your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or via our accredited collecting partners’ outlets or their online payment facilities.
