MEET OUR BROKERS | FACES OF DASMAREB

Behind every successful real estate journey is a professional who understands that buying or investing in a property is more than just a transaction—it is a dream, a milestone, and part of someone’s future.

Today, we proudly feature Mr. Walderico “John” Gaviola Jr., Broker Head of JG Homefinders Realty.

With a real estate career that began in 1996, John brings almost three decades of experience in helping clients find the right homes and property investments. His journey has been driven by a genuine desire to help people achieve one of their biggest dreams—owning a home and building a better future.

Specializing in residential properties, house and lots, condominiums, and property investments, he assists clients in finding opportunities that match their needs, lifestyle, and financial goals. He primarily serves Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and nearby areas, while his network and partnerships also allow him to assist clients exploring opportunities in other key locations.

For John, the greatest reward of being a real estate broker is seeing the happiness of his clients when they finally receive the keys to their dream home. Beyond the properties and transactions, he values the trust, relationships, and meaningful connections built along the way.

His years of experience, commitment, and genuine passion for helping people continue to guide his work. He believes that real estate is built on trust, integrity, and long-term relationships—not just transactions.

💬 His advice to buyers:
“Don’t just look for a property—look for a place where your dreams and future can grow.”

💬 His advice to sellers:
“Work with a trusted real estate professional who values honesty, transparency, and your best interest.”
