Very critical to sa mga gusto mag invest ng isang real estate. Kasi ito yung may super discounts, priority slots para maka pili good view and floor din.
Usually andito yung mga greedy investors para maka pasok ng low price and sell high. Price is the King parin pag dating sa real estate. Lalo na dito sa the Crest, kasi ang Roi rate mo yearly nag ba based kung magkano tcp mo vs. sa payout mo. The lower the unit price, the better. The faster ROI.
