In compliance with Republic Act No. 12001 (Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act), the Provincial Assessor's Office has prepared the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for all classes of real properties in the Province of Quezon, in accordance with the Philippine Valuation Standards (PVS).
The Proposed SMV is published for public information and review for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting January 22, 2026.
