Ang buong Tanggapan ng Pambayang Tagatasa ng General Nakar, sa pangunguna ng aming responsable, masipag, at mahusay na pinuno ng tanggapan, Gng. IRENE DESEPEDA-ASTRERA, REA, MGDH I, Municipal Assessor, ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Bayan ng General Nakar, sa pangunguna ni Kgg. RODEL A. Lubos naming ipinagpapasalamat ang pagkilala sa pagkakabilang ng Tanggapan ng Pambayang Tagatasa ng General Nakar sa "Top 10 Highest Growth Rate in Taxable Assessed Value para sa mga Una (1st) at Pangalawang (2nd) Class Municipalities"sa lalawigan ng Quezon.

Ang parangal na ito ay hindi lamang bunga ng sama-samang pagsisikap ng aming tanggapan, kundi bunga rin ng tiwala, suporta, at kooperasyon ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng General Nakar sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Mayor ALFREDO J. PUJEDA, ng Sangguniang Bayan, at ng ating mga mamamayan.

Ang pagkilalang ito ay magsisilbing inspirasyon at hamon sa aming tanggapan upang higit pang pagbutihin ang aming paglilingkod, patuloy na gampanan nang may integridad, propesyonalismo, at kahusayan ang mga tungkuling ipinagkatiwala sa aming tanggapan, at magbigay ng tapat, mabilis, at de-kalidad na serbisyo publiko.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong tiwala at pagkilala. Ang tagumpay na ito ay iniaalay namin sa buong bayan ng General Nakar. Patuloy po kaming magsisilbi nang may malasakit, katapatan, at dedikasyon.

The Municipal Assessor's Office of General Nakar , Quezon is informing all valued constituents about the requirements for the issuance of a new Tax Declaration for UNTITLED AND UNDECLARED PROPERTY.

Required Documents:

1. Claimant Holder 1 original + 1 DENR/CENRO
Certification photocopy Real

2. Alienable and 1 original + 1 DENR/CENRO
Disposable Cert. photocopy Real

3. Notarized 1 original + 1 Prepared and
Affidavit of Land photocopy notarized by a
Ownership and lawyer
Possession

4. Notarized 1 original + 1 Prepared and
Affidavit of Adjoining photocopy notarized by a
Lot Owners lawyer

5. Deed of 1 original + 1 Prepared and
Conveyance ( if the photocopy notarized by a

2. Valid Government-issued IDs of all heirs and/or the authorized representative - 2 photocopies each

Notes:
Ensure all affidavits and the SPA are property notarized.
Bring both the originals and the required photocopies when submitting your applciation.
