THE COST OF UNDERESTIMATING YOUR ENEMIES
The United States and Israel attacked Iran last February 28, 2026 calling it a pre-emptive strike killong its supreme leader in the process including hundreds of kids. It was supposed to cripple and disable Iran's Military capability to retaliate. A killer blow that will end its present regime.
Few hours after the first missile hit Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump made a press conference telling the world with pride how they disabled Iran and killed its supreme leader.
Then all hell break lose!
Iran launched thousands upon thousands of drones and missiles hitting and destroying the biggest and most powerful US Military bases in the Middle East. Iran hit one US Aircraft Carrier and obliterated the most expensive radar in US Inventory costing 1.1 Billion Dollars.
Trump looked pale and stressed in just three days of the war. They lost Trillions of Dollars in just few days when all the US bases in the Middle East got inoperational.
Iran overhelmed the expensive US missile defense system by sending volumes of cheap drones and missiles to its target. 30,000 Dollars Iranian drones versus 1 to 4 million Dollars US. Missiles.
The United States could not believe how the Iranians were able to defeat and destroy their expensive high tech defense with cheap missiles a nd drones. They could not believe how Iranians hit their targets with accuracy.
8 days after the war, the US is crying like a baby. They blamed China for supplying Iranians with real time and accurate intel in locating their valuable target. China is grinning ear to ear showing the Americans how it felt to be sitting ducks in the battle field.
For many decades, the United States was used in attacking and bullying smaller and weaker nations with their military might. They felt no need to revitalize and upgrade its weapons and technology because the thought no enemy in the planet could stand toe-to-toe with their "advance technology".
Now the United States woke up to the harsh reality. Their missile defense system is suddenly obsolete. Their military bases in the Middle East are now at the mercy of Iran Missiles. Their THAAD, Patriot and Iron Dome could not stop the thousands of Iranian missiles that kept coming.
International defense analysts already declared that the war in Middle East is already a global war. This is because Iran's back is taken cared by China and Russia. Without them, Iran could not hot its target with very high accuracy. China and russia are giving Iran real time intel of every US Military moves and schemes. And for sure, Iran also got the best war technologies they need most.
Now what?
Philippines is not safe from this unfolding world war. If the United States gets hot headed and makes a miscalculation of shooting at any Chinese Military assets in the Middle East, the shooting war will spread to South East Asia in np time.
The US has Military Bases in South Korea, Japan, Philippines and Australia. China has all the missiles that can hit them including the US mainland in less than 30 minutes.
Let's pray this war don't escalate to that level. Pr Philippines will soon experience running for cover like the Middle Eastern people are experiencing right now.
For the longest time, the US has bullied and bombed any countries they want with impunity. It made them feel invincible and lazy to uprage. Iran, Russia and China developed and stockpiled new weapons under their noses.
If this war escalates to full global war, Philipines will be at the recieving end. Filipinos have nothing to gain from this war except to die catching missiles intended for the Americans. Too bad our leaders were dumb enough and corrupt enough to side with the United States instead of stying neutral.
