1. I-set ang Goal mo
Tanungin mo sarili mo:

Pang rental income ba?

Pang resale (flip)?

O tirahan in the future?

👉 Dito nakabase kung condo or house ang kukunin mo.

2. Alamin ang Budget
Magkano kaya mong downpayment (usually 10–20%)

Kaya mo ba ang monthly amortization

👉 Rule of thumb: huwag lalagpas sa 30–40% ng income mo ang monthly payment.

3. Pili ng Tamang Location
Ito ang pinaka-importante:
