There is something so fulfilling about looking back at where this unit started and seeing where it is now. 🤍
Just a few months ago, this was simply a condo unit under renovation. I remember the countless conversations, the planning, the little details, and all the ideas we poured into making it not just beautiful, but a space that would make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and at home.
Over the last 2 years, we have been blessed to transform and prepare several spaces for the Airbnb market, and each one has its own unique journey and story.
This particular unit is another special project close to our heart. One that was built with thoughtful design, and a genuine desire to create an exceptional guest experience.
When the owners entrusted us with this project, they gave us their trust and allowed us to bring our vision to life.
One thing we have always believed in is that creating a beautiful and income-generating Airbnb space does not always mean spending a huge amount of money. With this unit, we maximized the existing things that the unit already had and added the necessary pieces, furnitures, appliances, essentials, styling touches, and guest amenities to elevate the space.
With the right planning, creativity, and attention to detail, even a simple space can be transformed into a cozy, inviting home that guests will love.
And because of that we are also happy to share that only 10 days after launching on Airbnb, this home has already been recognized as part of the Top 10% of eligible homes in Iloilo City and has earned a Gold Badge. It is such a humbling milestone, especially knowing that this journey has only just begun.
