Tulong Impormasyon tungkol sa Pagibig Housing Loan

1. Sinu-sino ang PWEDENG MAG-APPLY ng Housing Loan?

✔️Regular or casual employee na active member.
✔️Self-employed, businessman na active member.
✔️OFW/OCW na active member.
✔️dating may contribution ng PAG-IBIG na nahinto sa paghulog.
✔️Bagong member ng Pag-ibig na mayroon ng contribution.
✔️Kailangan nakahulog na ng 24months contribution.
✔Kung hindi pa ay kailangan bayaran ng LUMPSUM ang kulang na hulog para mabuo and 24 months.
✔️Walang existing housing loan sa PAG-IBIG kahit co-borrower lang.
✔️Kung may salary loan, dapat walang delay sa pagbabayad. Kung may delay, dapat mabayaran muna ang kabuuang loan.

2. Mga Benepisyong Matatanggap ng Kumukuha ng

HOUSING LOAN:
✔️Ang bahay at buyer ay naka-insured.
✔️Tumataas and halaga ng lupa't bahay (investment).
✔️Ikaw ay nasa subdivision. May security guard 24 hours.
✔️May amenities, clubhouse, playground, court, at swimming pool.
