🟢 PS - Stands for Private Surveying.
It means that it is surveyed by a "PRIVATE" Geodetic Engineer.

🟢 BL- Stands for Bureau of Lands.
It means that it is surveyed by the Land Management Bureau.

🟢 PLS - Stands for Public Land Subdivision.
Stands for Public Land Subdivision.

🟢 AR - Stands for Agrarian Reform.
A surveyed land for Agricultural purpose.
