Important Announcement: Updated Rates for 2026

Due to the recent increase in electricity costs, supplies, cleaning time, turnover time, and damages, we are introducing our new rates for 2026. This small adjustment ensures continuous operations and allows us to provide you with the best experience during your stay.

Additionally, we will now require security deposits to cover potential damages and additional time needed for excessive cleaning.

We are still offering exclusive and competitive rates for weekly and monthly stays — as low as ₱1,000 per night!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to accommodating you soon!
