We are proud to announce that X10 Real Estate Corporation is now the majority shareholder of Peninsula Resort Corporation.

After more than 8 months of negotiations, we have successfully completed this exciting acquisition. From the moment we visited the property, we saw its incredible potential in Peninsula Subdivision with over 24,000 sqm of land featuring a football field, large swimming pool, tennis court, ... And more then 30 condominium units that will soon be professionally managed and upgraded by X10 Real Estate.

A sincere thank you to our consultants, shareholders, and everyone involved for making this milestone possible.

This is just the beginning. Exciting things are coming for Peninsula Resort Corporation!

2026 has kicked off in an amazing way. Our occupancy over the last 30 days across our 33 Airbnb listings has been excellent. On top of that, we achieved a 3% return-guest rate. That may not sound like much, but in an international hub where guests constantly come and go, it’s a big win. Thank you all for making this possible 🙏
