Conducting the overall post-checkout inspection for the unit after the guest’s 1-month stay.

Upon entry, the room was found a little messy and not properly kept tidy. Pillows were on the floor, there were unwashed dishes in the sink area, and one towel was left on the bathroom floor.

No major damages were found inside the unit. However, one part of the sticker mirror was observed to have fallen off. Other furniture, appliances, and room items remain complete and functional. Keycard was lost but guest was able to report it and settled it via the airbnb app.

This video is being recorded for documentation and turnover purposes before cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
