"Over the past decade, the sprawling area spanning Southern Metro Manila and the provinces of Cavite and Laguna has transformed from quiet quarters into some of the country’s most dynamic growth corridors. Yet long before this transformation, Cathay Land Inc. had already seen the promise of the area when the company first began its journey 30 years ago."

Luke 24:6-7 (NIV)
“He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’”

Resurrection Sunday is the fulfillment of God’s promise. Jesus has risen, conquering sin and death once and for all. What seemed like defeat on the cross became the greatest victory in history. His resurrection is the foundation of our faith, giving us hope, new life, and assurance that nothing is impossible with God.

Today, we are called to live in that victory. Let the resurrection remind you that no situation is too far gone, no burden too heavy, and no past too broken for God to redeem. Because He lives, we have hope.

An empty tomb speaks louder than words. What was once a place of death became proof of life—reminding us that God can turn any ending into a new beginning.

Matthew 27:60 (NIV)
“And he rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away.”

Silent Saturday is a day of waiting—when everything seemed still, uncertain, and without hope. The stone was sealed, and it looked like the end. But even in the silence, God was still at work. What felt like defeat was only the beginning of victory.

In our own lives, there are seasons where God feels silent. But just because we cannot see Him moving doesn’t mean He is absent. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, preparing something greater.

The stone in front of the tomb looked final, but it was only temporary. What seems like an ending may actually be God preparing for a new beginning.

Roman 5:8
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Good Friday reveals the depth of God’s love.He didn’t wait for us to be worthy, but chose to save us while we were still sinners. The cross is not just a symbol of suffering, but of unconditional love and grace. Jesus gave His life not because we deserved it, but because He loves us completely.

Let this truth lead us to humility and gratitude. In response, we are called to turn away from sin and live a life that reflects the love He has shown us.

The greatest love is not shown when everything is right, but when everything is broken. The cross stands as proof that even at our worst, we are deeply loved.

John 13:14-15 (NIV)
“Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.”

Maundy Thursday reminds us of Jesus’ humility and love as He served His disciples. Though He was their Lord, He chose to wash their feet, showing that true greatness is found in serving others. His example calls us to live the same way: to choose humility, to serve without seeking recognition, and to love others selflessly in our daily lives.

The King of kings knelt down to serve. In the same way, even the simplest act of kindness can reflect the greatest kind of love.

Matthew 26:14-15 (NIV)
“Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests and asked, ‘What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?’ So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver.”

Holy Wednesday reminds us of betrayal—when Judas chose to trade Jesus for something temporary. It reveals how easily the human heart can drift when it values the wrong things.

Yet even in betrayal, God’s plan was still unfolding. What seemed like darkness was part of a greater purpose of redemption.

Be mindful of what you are prioritizing. Are there things you are placing above your relationship with God? Choose faithfulness over compromise, even when it costs you.

Thirty pieces of silver seemed valuable in the moment, but it cost Judas everything. Temporary gains are never worth losing what truly matters.

Matthew 23:27 (NIV)
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.”

On Holy Tuesday, Jesus confronted hypocrisy and exposed the danger of outward religion without inward transformation. His words remind us that God sees beyond appearances—He looks at the condition of our hearts.

Let your faith be real, not just visible. Seek a heart that is clean before God, not just a life that looks good to others.

Like a structure painted beautifully outside but crumbling within, a life built on appearances cannot stand.

True strength comes from a heart fully surrendered to God.
