✔ Location - you still consider your budget. If it's cheap, it will surely be far from Manila. 3 million and up price in Manila.
✔ Required Monthly Salary - Check immediately how much your salary is because you will only base how much monthly you can get! (can be combined salary)
✔ Marital Status - always remember the legalities when you are married on paper even if you are separated from the eyes of the law, all your owns are still conjugal property.
