- Active Pag-IBIG member with at least 24 monthly contributions (kung kulang

- Housing Loan Application Form (HLA) with ID photo
- Valid government-issued IDs

Mga Benepisyo:
- Mas mababang interest rate: 3%–7% para sa socialized at low-cost housing; karaniwang 5.75%–7% sa regular loans.
- Mas mahabang hulugan: hanggang 30 years, kaya mas magaan ang buwanang bayad.
- Mas madaling approval: mas lenient para sa minimum at mid-income earners basta may active contributions.
