🚨ADVISORY: Scheduled Power Interruption by ILECO-1 🚨

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

Please be informed that ILECO-1 has announced a scheduled power interruption on July 14, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM affecting our area.

This is to conduct clearing of vegetation along 3-phase backbone line of Feeder 23 as part of their maintenance activities.

We advise everyone to make necessary preparations (e.g. charging of phones). Please unplug sensitive appliances and ensure safety during the outage.

Subject: A Reminder to Keep Our Community Clean and Fair

Dear Homeowners,

It has come to our attention that some residents are improperly disposing of their garbage at the vacant house unit within our community. We understand that garbage collection is tied to the monthly HOA dues, which fund essential services like waste management. However, for those who have not paid their dues, it is UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE to dump garbage on vacant properties.

This behavior affects cleanliness, safety, and value of our entire community. It also places an undue burden on homeowners who responsibly pay their dues to maintain our spaces.

We kindly remind everyone to:

*Pay your HOA dues on time to ensure uninterrupted garbage collection services.

*Dispose of your waste properly through the designated process on collection scheduled day.

*Report any concerns about illegal dumping to the PMO/guards for prompt action.

Please be advised that homeowners caught dumping garbage on vacant properties or common areas will face fines as per our HOA regulations. Let's work together to keep our neighborhood clean, welcoming, and fair for all.
