For buyers applying under PAG-IBIG or Bank Financing, please be informed of the documentary submission requirements for Virtual Assistants (VAs):

1. PAG-IBIG FINANCING REQUIREMENTS
Required Documents:
• Latest Original Certificate of Employment and Compensation (duly signed by Employer's
• Authorized signatory with valid Email Address of Employer) or System Generated (with
• valid Email Address of Employer) Income Tax Return (ITR) or Bank Statement (latest 12 month: Clear copy of detailed Sketch of residence with landmarks and screenshot from Google Maps.

2. BANK FINANCING REQUIREMENTS
Required Documents:
• Latest Certificate of Employment or Employment Contract
• Payslip or Voucher
• Wise / Paypal transaction history
• Bank Statement

IMPORTANT IT INFORMATION FORM FOR BANK FINANCING ONLY
The ITR is REQUIRED ONLY if:
: The loan value is 3,000,000 and above.
OR, the buyer's monthly salary/income is 100,000 and above.

SPECIAL NOTE: BPI FINANCING ONLY
• ITR Exemption: BPI will not require an ITR as long as the buyer can execute an Affidavit of Non-ITR.
