You don’t need to know everything perfectly on Day 1.

Hindi mo kailangan maging pinakamagaling agad.
Hindi mo kailangan alam lahat ng sagot.

What you need is the willingness to learn.

Yung marunong makinig.
Yung willing magpa-coach.
Yung hindi madaling sumuko kapag nare-reject.
Yung kayang magpakita araw-araw kahit wala pang result.

Because every top seller started as a beginner too.

Nagkamali rin.
Kinabahan din sa presentation.

Yung okay ka na sa isang benta this month.
Okay na sa konting inquiries.
Okay na sa “may next month pa naman.”

Comfort will make you feel safe…
but slowly, it’s killing your growth.

Habang may ibang agents na nag-aaral ng market,
nagpo-post araw-araw,
nagfa-follow up kahit seenzone,
at lumalabas sa comfort zone para magka-closing—

ikaw, nasa same routine pa rin.

Same excuses.
Same habits.
Same results.

Real estate rewards the hungry.

Real talk.

A lot of agents say they want big income.

Gusto ng 6-digit commission.
Gusto ng financial freedom.
Gusto ng flexible lifestyle.

Pero pagdating sa daily actions…

Hindi consistent.

Kapag may time lang magpo-prospect.
Kapag sinipag lang mag-follow up.
Kapag motivated lang saka kikilos.

And that’s the problem.

You cannot expect professional results
from part-time commitment.
