December 9, 2025 – The Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (PEDIPO) and the Pareb Lucena City-Quezon Board of Realtors, Inc. (Pareb LCQBRI) successfully concluded the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) today.
The agreement was formalized in the presence of Governor Dra. Helen Tan and the leadership of Pareb LCQBRI, including President Fabrea

Purpose of the MOA:
This partnership harnesses the expertise of Pareb LCQBRI—the local PAREB member and accredited professional real estate organization—to enhance investment in the province. The collaboration will focus on:
* Identifying and providing data on investment-ready locations.
* Offering professional real estate services to prospective investors.

ATTENTION!

The Real Estate Act of the Philippines (RESA) was signed into law on June 29, 2009, by then Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

It professionalizes the real estate industry requiring all practitioners to finish a 4 year course in college
(BS-Real Estate Management) and take a licensure exam (for Broker, Appraiser and Consultant).
Salespersons may also be accredited under a REB’s license. Those who have 72 units of College may qualify and take a 12CPD unit seminar and be endorsed by a REB.
