Despite industry reports of an oversupply in Metro Manila's condominium market, Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is witnessing strong buyer interest in its residential projects.

Between January and May 2025, sales of ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units, including parking slots, soared to Php4.3 billion, marking an impressive 87% increase over the Php2.3 billion recorded during the same period in 2024.

Dr. Jose Regin Regidor from the University of the Philippines-National Center for Transportation Studies suggests carpooling among condo residents as a solution.
