At our NREA MMW GMM last night, we had a fun, insightful, and enriching evening featuring an engaging, comprehensive, and informative presentation by our Charter Secretary, Nikki Bautista Gilladoga.

She shared her knowledge and expertise in property management through her talk entitled:
“Unlocking Property Potential Through Proactive Management.”
Her insights were practical and thought-provoking—truly a valuable resource for all real estate practitioners.

The session was expertly moderated by no other than our VP for External Affairs, Jojo Alejar, who kept the energy flowing and discussions lively.

The meeting was gracefully closed by our Auditor, Rafa N. Hernandez, who also shared his own experiences working with the TWG as NREA’s representative to DHSUD, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at how policy and practice come together.

This marks the kick-off of a series of talks that will tackle key topics impacting our real estate profession. Watch out for the next sessions—you won’t want to miss them!
