⚠️ The unit is located on the 4th floor and is accessible only via stairs. There is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable climbing several flights of stairs. Because of this, the property may not be suitable for senior citizens or guests with mobility concerns.
🅿️ Only roadside/street parking is available. Guests who choose to park in the area do so at their own risk, and the unit owner shall not be held liable for any incidents involving vehicles.
