Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing power outage affecting Tower 4.
Following the scheduled maintenance conducted by the utility provider last night, normal power supply to the common areas of Tower 4 was unfortunately not restored. In addition, the emergency power from the building’s generator set is currently unavailable. As a result, elevator operations, as well as lighting in the lobby and parking levels, are affected.
In the meantime, the following measures are being implemented to assist residents:
1. Housekeeping Assistance – Personnel will be stationed on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 35th floors to help residents with essential needs, such as retrieving food, medicine, and other necessities.
2.Waste Collection – Garbage collection from residential units will proceed at 8:00 PM. Kindly ensure that all waste is properly sealed in plastic bags and placed outside your unit at the designated time.
3.Alternative Elevator Access – Residents may temporarily use the elevators at Towers 3 and 5 to access the ground floor up to the 5th level.
