The OCS World Tour Challenge has officially begun.

Across OCS Philippines, teams are lacing up their shoes, hopping on their bikes and taking their first steps towards a shared global goal.

Over the next seven days, colleagues will work together to complete 224 miles per team, turning everyday movement into an opportunity to build healthier habits, strengthen connections and support one another along the way.

We're ready to take action, ready to move, and ready to tour the world.

Every step counts. Every kilometre matters. Together with colleagues across the OCS Group, we're showing what can be achieved when people come together as One OCS.

Celebrating Growth, Recognition, and Achievement at Our July & August Town Hall 🎉

Our July and August Town Hall brought colleagues together to celebrate the people who continue to make a positive impact across OCS Philippines. From recognizing TRUE Star Award recipients and Excellence Service Awardees to welcoming new team members and celebrating birthday celebrants, the event highlighted the dedication, teamwork, and values that drive our success.

A key highlight was the recognition of several well-deserved promotions:

✨ Mara Sarabia on her promotion from Finance Director to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
✨ Hannah Miranda on her promotion from Senior Business Development Manager to Business Development Director.
✨ Monica Balingcong on her promotion from Business Development Specialist to Business Development Officer.

We also celebrated our TRUE Star Award recipients, recognizing individuals and teams who demonstrated our TRUE Values in action. Congratulations to the Prince Retail Team, Autoliv Team, NEC Telecom Team, SM Consolacion Team, Engr. Jonathan Villanueva, VXI Davao Centrale Team, Jed Espellardo, and Rolly P. Allanic for their outstanding contributions.

Another memorable moment was the recognition of Ms. Leoncia "Ning" Anasco, who received the Excellence Service Award in honor of her remarkable 27 years of dedicated service, reflecting her commitment and lasting contribution to OCS.

We were also proud to recognize our Rizal Technological University (RTU) interns for their valuable contributions throughout their internship journey, including special recognition for outstanding performance during the program.

The Town Hall also featured a Climate Awareness Talk, HSE updates, and inspiring stories of growth and achievement, reflecting our commitment to recognizing excellence, developing talent, and creating opportunities for people to thrive.

Knowledge grows stronger when it's shared and refreshed.

Recently, colleagues across OCS Philippines came together for an HR Refresher Session, revisiting the policies, processes and standards that help guide their everyday work. More than a learning session, it was an opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity and strengthen confidence in making the right decisions for our people, our customers and each other.

After successfully mobilising services at The Medical City Ortigas in 2026, OCS’ healthcare journey continues as Facilities Management services officially go live at The Medical City Clark and The Medical City Iloilo.

Safe, reliable facilities play an important role in every healthcare environment. They help protect patients, visitors, clinicians and support teams, while allowing healthcare professionals to focus on delivering quality patient care.

The mobilisation brought together technical expertise, operational readiness and a shared commitment to safety. Every colleague also has the authority to stop work if conditions are unsafe, because no task is more important than a person’s health and safety.

As OCS Managing Director Mr. Phil Carter shared during the go-live:
“The Medical City Group putting a lot of trust in OCS. We need to repay that trust and help them improve their facilities and keep them as the premium hospitals that they are.”
