-RLC uses the Westin® trademark and trade names under a licensing agreement with Starwood Asia Pacific. The Residences shall referred to in all legal and regulatory documents by the name of “Sonata Premier”.
-The Residences is not owned, developed, or sold by Starwood, Starwood Asia Pacific, or its affiliates. If the License acquired by RLC is terminated, or expires without renewal, the development will no longer be associated with, or have any right to use the Westin® trademark and trade names.
