To ensure the safety and preparedness of the entire Amaia Skies Shaw community, we will conduct a Fire Drill & Seminar in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection – Mandaluyong City on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the 5th Floor Function Room, North Tower.

All residents, tenants, and staff are strongly encouraged to participate.

The Property Management Office (PMO) will close at 10:00 AM and resume operations at 1:00 PM to accommodate the activity.

Please be advised that the Annual General Membership Meeting (AGMM) and Election of the Board of Trustees, originally scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM, have been postponed due to a lack of the required quorum.

In accordance with SEC guidelines (which allow postponement for up to 60 days) and to ensure sufficient time to gather the necessary proxies and attendance confirmations, the AGMM and Election have been moved to Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
