Cebu Uncovered Digital Marketer About Me – Zwing of Cebu Uncovered

Hello! I’m Zwing, the creator and page owner of Cebu Uncovered.

I built this page with a heartfelt purpose — to help those who want to travel to Cebu or simply get to know more about this beautiful island. As someone who has lived here for 41 years, I bring local insights, hidden gems, and real experiences that only a true Cebuano can share. But more than just being a travel guide, Cebu Uncovered is also my personal advocacy. I created this platform not only t

o showcase the beauty of Cebu but also to support less fortunate Cebuanos who are striving to survive and succeed in life. If this page becomes monetized, I pledge to give back — to use any earnings to help our people and community. That way, I know I’ve lived a life with purpose, leaving something meaningful behind before I journey on to the next dimension. From one Cebuano to the world — welcome to Cebu Uncovered.

🇵🇭 Advocacy Manifesto: For a Just and United Cebuano Community

“One Cebuano, One Heart, One Future.”

I. Introduction
This is not a call for wealth, nor a pursuit of power. This is a call for fairness, unity, and compassion among all Cebuanos. I do not aim to become rich like the politicians or the elite. My dream is simple — to help every Cebuano rise, to see no one left behind, and to make equality not just a dream, but a shared reality.

II. The Vision
A Cebu where no one suffers from hunger.
A Cebu where every person, rich or poor, has dignity, opportunity, and hope.
A Cebu where wealth is not the privilege of a few, but the fruit of everyone’s effort and cooperation.

III. The Principle of Shared Prosperity
If God grants me abundance, I promise to keep only a part — one-fourth — and share the rest with my fellow Cebuanos. Because wealth means nothing if it cannot help others stand.

Imagine if every rich Cebuano shared even three-fourths of their blessings, not because they were forced to, but because they chose to. Poverty would disappear, and the Philippines would rise from the heart of Cebu — united, compassionate, and strong.

IV. The Call to Action
Let every Cebuano contribute not only money but also kindness, skill, and faith in one another.
Let us invest in our own people — in education, in livelihood, in local businesses owned by Cebuanos, for Cebuanos.
Let us build an economy of compassion, not corruption; of unity, not division.

V. The Promise
As a true-born Cebuano, I stand by this commitment:
I will live simply, share freely, and work tirelessly to see equality bloom in our land.
I will not let greed or power define me.
I will let service, integrity, and love for the people guide every action I take.

VI. Conclusion
This is not about politics.
This is about humanity, faith, and the Cebuano spirit that refuses to give up.

Together, we can make a Cebu that stands on its own — not because of money, but because of unity.
Together, we can show the world that when Cebuanos care for one another, poverty has no place to stay.

One Cebuano. One Heart. One Future.

Why You Can Trust Me

I am not seeking wealth, nor do I wish to follow the path of politicians who chase power and riches. My only goal is to teach and inspire every Cebuano to rise and become equal to those who are wealthy.

As a true-born Cebuano, I believe that our purpose in this world is not to gather wealth for ourselves, but to lift one another.

If God ever chooses to bless me with riches, I make this promise:
I will keep only one-fourth of what I have, and the rest will be shared among my fellow Cebuanos.

I dream of a Cebu where those who are blessed with abundance share three-fourths of their wealth, not out of obligation, but out of compassion and love for the community.

If every rich Cebuano shared their blessings, and if we all learned to care for one another, then the Philippines would never have to suffer from poverty again.

This is not about politics.
This is about hope, fairness, and faith in our people.

Proposal for Cebuano Community Empowerment

One Cebuano, One Peso: A Vision for Self-Sustained Progress

Background:
In recent times, Cebu City and nearby areas have faced severe challenges, most recently the devastation caused by Typhoon Tino. Many Cebuanos continue to wait for national government support, highlighting a deep concern — our region’s dependency on external aid during times of crisis. This situation calls for a renewed sense of unity, self-reliance, and collective action among the people of Cebu.

Rationale:
If each Cebuano contributed even a single peso, and these contributions were pooled together to fund Cebuano-owned businesses, we could create a sustainable source of income and support for our own people. By owning and operating our own establishments, we reduce dependency on external entities and ensure that profits return to the community.

Objective:
To establish a community-driven investment cooperative or Cebuano Development Fund where each Cebuano can contribute financially, no matter how small the amount, to collectively own and benefit from local business ventures.

Proposed Actions:

1. Formation of a Cebuano Cooperative Council to oversee transparency, planning, and project selection.

2. Community Contribution Drive: Encourage every Cebuano, local and abroad, to contribute at least ₱1 or more as a symbolic and practical start.

3. Business Ventures: Invest in small but sustainable industries such as food production, logistics, renewable energy, or local retail — prioritizing Cebuano workers and suppliers.

4. Profit Sharing: Ensure that returns are equitably distributed or reinvested in community welfare, livelihood programs, and disaster preparedness.

5. Transparency and Accountability: Implement open reporting systems and community audits to maintain trust and integrity.

Expected Outcome:
Through collective effort, Cebuanos can build financial independence, strengthen local industries, and ensure that help and hope are always within our own reach. This initiative promotes unity, empowerment, and resilience — the true spirit of being Cebuano.

Conclusion:
Let us no longer wait for others to lift us up. With cooperation, honesty, and shared vision, every Cebuano can be both investor and beneficiary. One peso may be small, but united, it becomes the foundation of a stronger, self-sustaining Cebu.
