I am so excited to have teamed up with 🌊 Earthshore is a nonprofit working hard to mitigate the marine debris and ocean plastics problem in the Philippines.

The Philippines suffers from the most critical ocean plastics pollution in the world, with over 356,000 metric tons of plastics and marine debris making way to the beaches and ocean every year. A major contributing factor to this is that single use plastic sachets are often the only affordable option for residents to purchase. Over 17% of the population lives below the poverty line. Trash services are often simply not available in communities.

is working hard to resolve this systemic issue by organizing beach cleanups, conducting community outreach, and educating youth to inspire the next wave of environmental stewards.🌊🩵

I am so excited to be offering Yoga classes .yoga.vta!!!

When I moved back to Ventura I started searching for a Yoga studio and the moment that I walked into Grass Roots Yoga I knew it was exactly where I wanted to be. I started taking as many classes as I could and loved it all- the teachers, variety of classes, the space, all of it was so good! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at this beautiful studio!!!

Good friends, beautiful places, and moments that I never want to forget!!!

It had been over 2 years since I had been back to Big Island and it felt so good to spend time with friends and get back in the ocean!!!! Soooo beyond grateful!💙🦈🌊

I also made a stop to celebrate the one & only for her birthday that was amazing and so fun!!!
