"I was really intrigued that the company is a synergy between the biggest names in real estate in the Philippines. It made me feel like I’d be learning from the best right from the start. My first impression was that the environment is all about taking the best practices from each and making them our own. I was also curious how having these big players together would work day to day. I later realized what a true asset that is, because they make it work every single day.

One of my most memorable experiences was being part of the launches of several amazing projects like The Galleon and Olin at Jade Drive. Both were record-breaking in terms of sales, which I had never experienced with any other developer I’ve worked with. It was incredible to witness everything come together during those launches. You could really feel the passion and energy from both the sales teams and the supporting departments. It made me appreciate how strong teamwork can lead to truly outstanding results.

Ortigas Land has really helped me grow, especially as a leader. I got the chance to manage both the sales team and the sales support group, which was a huge responsibility. I honestly couldn’t have done it without the guidance from my superiors, and the support of the sales team leads. That experience really pushed me to trust myself and step up. It gave me the confidence to believe in what I can do and be a more hands-on, supportive leader.

I’m proud to work for a company that really shares my values and has leaders who genuinely care about their people. I feel supported and appreciated, which makes a big difference every day. I also love that Ortigas Land isn’t full of silos—it’s truly collaborative. Everyone works together, helping each other succeed. Being part of that kind of team makes me proud to come to work and give my best.

To me, “One Heritage” is about celebrating connection. It’s about embracing the history and values that shaped who we are today. It reminds me that even though we’re diverse, we can work together because we share the same values and commitment. It’s a motivation to collaborate and support each other every day. “One Heritage” is what brings everyone together toward a common purpose.

What excites me most about the future of Ortigas Land is how far we’ve come in the 7 years I’ve been here. Going through COVID showed me how the company can face challenges head-on and come out even stronger, thanks to grit, teamwork, and supportive leadership. That experience really gives me confidence in what we can achieve moving forward. I’m also super excited about our upcoming residential business projects, especially in leisure and horizontal developments, which will take our portfolio to the next level. With our strong foundation and clear direction, the future feels full of opportunity and promise.

To me, “One Tomorrow” means that whatever challenges come our way in the years ahead, as long as we keep our faith in each other and in the company, we can achieve the goals we’ve set. It’s about trust, unity, and believing in the journey together. It reminds me that teamwork and commitment today shape the success of tomorrow. It’s a hopeful and motivating mindset that keeps us moving forward."
