Finalizing na iyong pagkakaayos ng Updated REA for July 2026 exam. Let me know if may maidadagdag pa kami sa comments section.
We covered in detailed ang key points ng Mass Appraisal Guidebook, PVS, and Manual on Real Property Appraisal and Assessment, IVS2025 with situational questions and mga legalese terms para hindi na kayo mabigla.
However, binawasan ang mga madadaling topics to compensate sa additional pages at pasok pa rin sa costing namin.

Common suggestion sa mga nakabili na ay ay ang mga sumusunod:
1. Ihiwalay ang key answer explanations sa separate book para mas madali icheck ang answers doon sa Questionnaires.

2. Iretain ang Mr. Z Notes Board Exam Traps in Red Font.

Successful REB Passer: Sir nakapasa po ako gamit review materials niyo.

Sir Zai: Wow, salamat naman kung ganoon. Madami naman ba lumabas na topics doon?

Student: Yes sir, mga 20 percent.

Sir Zai: 🙈🙈 😂 Hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ako eh pero looking at the brighter side kahit 10 or 20 percent lang yan, naalala ko supplemental lang kaming review sa preparation ng students. At the end of the day effort pa rin ng student iyan to cover everything na part ng TOS nila. Kaya we made it affordable para makakuha pa sila ng other materials sa ibang review centers if kaya pa ng budget nila. Considering na may kanyang strengths iyan, puwede ka din magself review kung feel mo na hindi mo na need ng guidance or Supplementals.
Pero we don’t encourage sharing of materials kasi pinaghihirapan ng mga review centers iyan. Mag invest na lang.

Now revising the REA in line with the TOS of REA July 2026 exam.
