Greetings!
For all monthly employees, we would like to inform everyone that our new HMO provider is VALUCARE and you may use it effective August 18, 2022.
Pending the release/issuance of the ValuCare cards, just present the Certificate of Coverage (COC), Company ID and Government ID to the accredited Hospitals/Clinic.
Please ask for a copy of the COC at the Strata Clinic.

For all monthly employees, we would like to inform everyone that our new HMO provider is VALUCARE and you may use it effective August 18, 2022.

EXTENDED - To All Regular Raceday & Monthly Employees,

Please see the attached Memorandum on Updating of Employment Information.

The deadline of submission for Monthly Employees would be on July 16, 2022 (Monday). On the other hand, for all those Raceday Employees who have not yet fill out the Updating Records of Employment Information, the Human Resource Division (HRD) are giving you extension until July 08, 2022 (Friday).
