For a long time, I delayed my dream of building my own realty company because I thought I wasn't ready. I kept waiting for the perfect time, believing everything had to be in place before I could begin.
Then I realized that there is no perfect time. The only way to move forward is to take the first step.
When I announced my business, I wasn't sure if anyone would believe in my vision. Months passed, and there were times I felt discouraged.
Today, I conducted my very first Salesperson Orientation. It may have been just one person, but every great team starts with one person who believes in the vision.
To my very first salesperson, thank you for the trust and for choosing me as your lead broker. I'm grateful to be part of your real estate journey, and I'm committed to helping you learn, grow, and succeed.
This experience reminded me that success isn't measured by how many people show up on day one. It's measured by having the courage to begin.
Never underestimate small beginnings.
God often starts with one faithful step before He reveals the bigger picture.
