🏢 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 | PLDT Inc. will consolidate its Makati offices into a new four-tower headquarters in Filinvest City, Alabang, on a 48,436-square-meter site with about 120,000 square meters of office space.

The campus will feature a 21-storey main tower with a helipad, two additional office towers, and a shared forum designed to support collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.

PLDT said it chose Filinvest City after years of planning, citing its modern infrastructure and green spaces. The project is expected to create thousands of jobs and boost economic activity in Metro South.
