Driving around Kapitolyo today reminded me of what Poblacion felt like 15–20 years ago before the crowds, hype, and chaos took over.

Back then it was still mostly a quiet neighborhood with a few interesting spots beginning to appear. That’s the feeling Kapitolyo gives me today.
