The Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) has set clear qualifications for anyone aspiring to become an Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (RES).

📌 Who Is Eligible to Apply?

• Only Filipino citizens are eligible for RES accreditation.

• Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or its equivalent as per CHED guidelines.

• Successfully complete 12 hours of Real Estate Brokerage and Salesperson (REBSRES) training on prescribed topics.

• Must have a supervising licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) with a valid PRC I.D., who will assume accountability for the RES’s professional activities.

• Of Good Moral Character and have not been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.

• Applicants must comply with the rules and guidelines of PRC, DHSUD, BIR, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies.
