Representatives from both NREA Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur Chapter officers joined the Megaworld International Day led by the Megaworld International Team this afternoon, May 23, 2026 at Burg and Go, Laoag City.

The event became an open discussion and learning opportunity to know more about Megaworld projects, understand the current real estate market, and strengthen collaboration among real estate professionals in selling and promoting township developments.

This gathering is also part of the celebration of the 5th Year Anniversary of BCCS Realty, headed by Ms. Cherry Batugo, Organizer of NREA Ilocos Norte Chapter. 🎉

A meaningful step for the real estate sector in Ilocos Norte as members of the NREA Ilocos Chapter attended the public consultation on the proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for the province pursuant to Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act.

This consultation plays an important role in shaping fair, updated, and transparent property valuations that will impact landowners, buyers, investors, and the real estate industry as a whole.
