In celebration of National Arts Month with the theme “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting,” we gather not only to showcase art — but to live its truth and courage.

This year, 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧 carries a deeper purpose.
We present 𝐓𝐔𝐆𝐎𝐍 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 — an event for a cause in support of our friend and fellow artist, Ronel Nabor of Madalag.

Pasado na sa Third at Final Reading ang Senate Bill No. 1425 o ang Aklan Piña Conservation and Innovation Center Act, na ating isinusulong bilang Principal Author at Principal Sponsor.

Sa pamamagitan ng panukalang batas na ito, maitatatag sa Kalibo, Aklan ang Aklan Piña Conservation and Innovation Center upang palawakin ang pagtatanim ng Red Spanish pineapple, magtayo ng pasilidad para sa pananaliksik at inobasyon, at palakasin ang kooperasyon sa pagitan ng mga manghahabi, magsasaka, at mga institusyong pang-edukasyon.

Layon nito na paunlarin ang lokal na industriya ng piña, mapahusay ang kalidad at produksyon ng tela, mapalawak ang merkado ng Aklan piña sa loob at labas ng bansa, at mapalakas ang kabuhayan ng mga lokal na komunidad, habang pinapanatili ang kahalagahan nito sa agrikultura, sining, at kalakalan.
