TIPS! Para sa first-time homebuyer, narito ang step-by-step guide kung paano bumili ng house property sa Pilipinas:
✅ 1. Alamin ang Budget
I-check ang savings at income.
Mag-set ng realistic na budget. Tandaan may downpayment, monthly amortization, taxes, at iba pang fees.
