ATTENTION!!! FOR ALL OF US TO KNOW!!!
LUMINA HOMEOWNER’S / TENANT’S
Great day mga Ka-Lumina. This to inform all of you concerned citizens about our Homeowner’s Election that conducted last January 15, 2023 that had been declared as “Failure Of Election” mainly because of TWO (2) reason’s. First, an anomaly on Proxy or Authorization to Vote. Some of our member’s submitted some Proxy Form that are questionable and one of them had been identified that FORGED the signature of one of our homeowner and unauthorized used of her IDENTIFICATION CARD “ID” or simply identified as FALSIFICATION. This is a very serious offense and subject on accordance of our existing court of law. These was already been heard in our Barangay to better be evaluated all sides of complaint and hoping to resolved some issues to have a mutual resolution. Secondly we don't meet our required Voter's that falls on R.A. 9904 Rule XIII Section 91 which was simply the "Quorum in Election".
At this press time our “LUPON” of our Barangay decided that our upcoming HOA Election scheduled February 19, 2023 be postponed until further notice as we requested the Head Office of our Admin to have a new set of Election Committee to handle our upcoming election and that a presence of a representative from our Barangay Officials and also a representative from DHSUD Region 3 HOACDD as witness of our HOA Election so that this incident will not happen again.
Furthermore we also requested our current ADMIN a documents that they will provide regarding Voter’s and Candidate’s Guidelines as well our Implementing Rules and Regulations so everyone of us will be informed on this standard law. Anyone who will have a concern in this subject can request a copy of the Blotter and Barangay hearing conducted last January 30, 2023, February 2, 2023, and February 4, 2023 respectively with CASE No. 23-018 so everyone can have the full knowledge of the situation before coming up with a conclusion. We can also provide this documents upon request. Our team just stand to a principle of a clean, honest, and peaceful election. At kami ay naniniwala na “kung sa simula may mali na so ang lahat ng susunod ay di na magiging tama” We firmly request and implied that they and we must “DO THE RIGHT THING”.
On the other hand my Ka-Lumina, the unauthorized used of our Valid “ID’s” with signature are very rampant. We are requesting your advise and permission so we can conduct a “SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN” that all of us revoked and declaring null and void all our submitted photocopy of our Valid ID’s with signature that are already been used such as for our “AYUDA” last Pandemic and also last National Election. Our only objective was that our Identity cannot be used illegally and a written permission will be requested before someone can have access on this. Our team are happy to initiate and assist all of you to this “Signature Campaign” so we can have a peace of mind.
