Here are some tips bago ka humanap at bumili ng iyong dream house:

1. Don't be swayed by the Glamour
- Ibig sabihin nito, hindi porket maganda siya sa mga pictures, bibilhin mo na. Tandaan mo, that the quality or durability of the house is important more than it's aesthetic looks. Parang relasyon yan e, oo maganda siya, pogi siya pero...pangmatagalan ba?🤭

2. Research the locality
- O yan, diba nagagandahan ka sa bahay dahil super instagrammable, paano kung pag pumunta ka na sa site, halos tinitikbalang ka na sa pagkaligaw mo dahil sa sobrang layo. Importante when you're in a house hunting, you should know if it's accessible to your workplace, family, schools, hospital, malls or in short...It's near to your needs.

📌NOTE: The price of the property is depending on the location. So, still consider your budget.

3. Be open to a second hand sale

This applies sa may mga may ipon at may magandang income.

-Magandang Idea din and usong uso na ito ngayon. If bibili ka ng lumang bahay or second hand na bahay with an affordable price then you can renovate or design it on your own since gusto mo naman maging maganda ang bahay mo at qpresentable sa pictures diba? 4. Go for PRE-SELLING HOMES

-Kung gusto mo ng brand new house, PRE-SELLING HOMES is the best option lalong- lalo na pag naghahanap ng affordable homes.

Sa mga hindi nakakaalam ng "PRE-SELLING" homes. Ito yung pag nakita mo yung subdivision or the Developer's Project at a certain location, ang makikita mo LUPA palang or tinatawag natin na Raw Land. Since hindi mo nakikita ang project, you can rely naman sa past projects or existing subdivision nila para you can picture kung ano ang magiging itsura ng iyong bahay and community.
