Responsibilities include:
✅Sales Management: Monitoring, generating reports, and analyzing sales
✅Broker Support and Motivation: Conducting seminars, recruiting brokers
✅Sales Activities and Events: Planning and strategizing sales events such as saturation drives, sales kick-off, open houses
✅Administrative Functions: Managing trippings, requests for collaterals
✅Broker Communication: Ensuring clear and effective communication with brokers
Requirements:
🎓Bachelor's Degree
🕰️At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate as a Broker Network Coordinator or Manager
🌐A solid network of active Brokers
📝Broker License, not required
📊Skills in project presentation, Broker activation & accreditation, property sales, and marketing
📅Available to work from Monday-Saturday
Preferred:
📚Bachelor's degree
💼2 years of experience in high-end real estate sales
