How to make a Reservation
1. Select – Go through the list of floor plans on the panel and select the unit of choice based on number of bedroom, if with balcony, floor, view, near elevator etc.
2. Confirm availability – Inquire on the availability of the unit selected.
3. Preferred payment terms – Discuss payment terms that fits your budget. The buyer can choose between three available payment schemes: Cash payment, In-house Financing or Bank Financing.
4. Reserve – Accomplish the Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS) provided by your Property Specialist (PS). Once this has been accomplished, the PS will prepare a Schedule of Payment (SOP) detailing the payment scheme that will be applied for your purchase. You will then be requested to sign the Reservation Agreement and to settle your Reservation Fee.
5. Prepare the necessary requirements – The final step is to prepare the documentary requirements.
Necessary Requirements
For Individual ;
1. Photocopy of at least two (2) valid photo-bearing Government issued identification documents front and back with specimen signature such as but not limited to the following;
-Passport
-Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) – NBI Clearance
-Postal ID – Voter’s ID
-GSIS E-card – SSS ID
-Philhealth card – Pag-Ibig ID
-OWWA ID – Senior Citizen Card
-Seaman’s Book – Government Office IDs
-Driver’s License
2.TIN Card Copy
3.Two (2) pcs. – 2×2 ID pictures
4.Marriage Contract – if married
5.Proof of Billing (e.g. MERALCO, MWSS, Maynilad, Telecommunication and Credit Card Billings)
