When I first entered real estate, I thought it was all just about the money.
But as I experience it, frankly, while it is still partly about the money, I realized it's so much more than that.
One thing I noticed while listening to himโand to all my other bossesโwasn't how much they talked about success. It was how much they talked about people.
He once shared in an Esquire interview that businesses become great because different people bring different strengths together, that no one builds something meaningful alone. As the best leaders don't just climb the ladderโthey bring others with them.
That perspective stayed with me.
Because at its core, real estate is a service.
It's about creating value for people. It's about helping fsmilies find a place where they'll celebrate birthdays, welcome new beginnings, raise children, or simply come home after a long day.
As he shared the story behind I-Land, I realized that the vision was never just about building condominiums.
It was about building communities that people would genuinely enjoy living in.
One thing he mentioned from our Sales Kickoff event that moved me the most was:

The more I thought about it, the more I understood what that really meant.
Open spaces aren't just empty areas on a site plan.
They're where children can safely play.
Where neighbors become friends.
Where you can walk after a stressful day.
Where you can breathe, slow down, and simply enjoy being home.
Now that I'm in real estate, I've realized that selling isn't about convincing people to buy.
It's about believing in what you're offering.
Because if I don't believe in it myself, how can I expect someone else to trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their life?
I'm proud to represent a company whose vision goes beyond buildings and square meters.
A company that understands that sometimes, the greatest luxury isn't having moreโIt's finally having ๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ก๐๐ซ๐.
