A decade ago, in 2012, started my real estate journey as a Property Specialist. 🏡✨
Looking back, I never imagined how far this journey would take me.
It wasn’t easy. I heard thousands of “No’s,” faced countless rejections, and experienced moments when giving up seemed like the easier choice. I wore out pairs of shoes from endless 12am saturations at BGC, site trippings, and long walks under the scorching sun.
My first salary was only ₱12,000 with a take-home pay of around ₱10,000after taxes. It wasn’t a big amount, but it represented hope. It taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and believing in a dream that hadn’t happened yet.
Fast forward to today—14 years in the real estate industry. ❤️🙏😇🗝️🌏
I’ve been blessed to help families find their dream homes, guide investors in building their wealth, and build relationships with clients who have become repeat buyers and friends. Every sale is meaningful, but every rejection and every challenge taught me lessons that success alone never could.
To everyone who is just starting your career—whether in real estate or any profession—please don’t quit because of slow seasons or difficult days. The “No’s” you hear today are preparing you for the “Yes” that will change your life.
Success doesn’t happen overnight. It is built through consistency, resilience, faith, and the courage to keep showing up, even when no one is watching.🙏😇
