Fly AirAsia has expressed its full support for the New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation's (NNIC) plans to enhance operations at NAIA, emphasizing a shared vision of improving customer comfort and convenience. As consultations with NNIC and other airport stakeholders continue, AirAsia advises passengers to adhere to the current terminal assignments listed on their travel itineraries. The airline currently operates domestic flights through Terminal 2 and international flights via Terminal 3.

Last year, AirAsia underwent terminal reassignments as part of the MIAA Schedule and Terminal Assignment Rationalization (STAR) program, moving its domestic operations from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2. This transition, described as a "winning move," significantly improved passenger experience by addressing key concerns and optimizing runway and taxiway utilization. AirAsia noted that such reassignments require careful planning to minimize disruptions, especially ahead of the peak travel season, and remains committed to collaborating with NNIC to deliver the best experience for passengers.
